Dark eyes and dark lips together can be absolutely stunning – when done correctly. The bold drama can give off a really sexy vibe. To create this look, I began by applying a light moisturizer all over and a touch of eye shadow primer to each lid. I chose a light beige eye shadow for a base and a darker brown to enhance the crease for depth. Under the eyebrow, I applied a light shimmer shadow to highlight her brow bone.
I smudged black liner outward to softly enhance the lash line. Then a pencil liner was applied on the bottom lash line and blended out with a neutral brown on top. A generous amount of black mascara and a set of natural-looking false lashes made her eyes pop and her lashes look extra full.
Foundation and concealer were applied with a touch of moisturizer mixed in to give the right consistency. I dusted loose powder over her face to set the foundation and under her eyes to set the concealer. Her cheeks were enhanced with a cream blush that was blended will with finger tips. To set that, I dusted a soft pink powder on the apples of the cheeks. I applied a cream highlighter to her nose, cheeks and temples and blended well for that perfect glow.
I filled in sparse areas of the eyebrows using a brown eyeliner pencil, and went over them with a neutral brown eye shadow to set the color. For her lips, I used a red liner and then applied a warm red lip color over it. Using a lip brush, I added a clear gloss to create more dimension, then reapplied the liner one more time to finish off the look.
